Creamy “Tuscan” salmon
American restaurants · 1990s–2000s
Tuscans did not invent sun-dried tomato cream sauce. American chain and meal-kit kitchens did, then pinned an Italian postcard on it. Salmon itself is a Pacific and Atlantic fish with older stories. The sauce is a crowd-pleaser. Call it creamy salmon and cook it hot and fast.
Nice lore. The pan is still empty.
