As-is
Roasted Robot is provided as-is, without warranties. Menus, prices, filters, and scores can be wrong.
Allergens
The Limits page is part of these terms. Roasted Robot is not medical advice and not a safety system. Roasted Robot cannot guarantee a meal is free of any allergen. Menus, recipes, and labels change, and kitchens share equipment. Confirm every package and tell the kitchen.
Tips
Tips are voluntary. They do not buy warranties, allergen verification, medical or safety advice, priority “safer” results, or affiliation with any restaurant or grocer. The app remains as-is under these Terms. Refunds follow the Stripe Payment Link settings the operator chooses. Payments are processed by Stripe.
AI menus
Menus are AI estimates of public dishes, not official venue menus and not a live scrape. Confirm with the venue before you order.
Brands
Names identify places and foods only. Roasted Robot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with those brands.
Acceptable use
Use Roasted Robot for personal cooking. Do not republish meal-kit cards. Do not scrape grocer or restaurant systems.
IP / takedown
Send Feedback with details. We review and remove or disable material where appropriate.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roasted Robot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use, including food choices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides.
